Hello, My name is Callum, founder of CJS Limited. I have lived on the Isle of Man all of my life but have been fortunate enough to travel to various countries around the world. I am privileged to have been able to turn a hobby in to my full time job, something that I am very proud of.

I have been lucky enough to have undertaken all of my studies on the Isle of Man which enabled me to continue running my business whilst studying. I studied my GCSE’s at Queen Elizabeth II High School, I then went on to study at University College Isle of Man (UCM). I was delighted to graduate from UCM with a First Class Bachelor of Science (BSc) Degree in Applied Computing. I was honoured to be awarded UCM Higher Education Student of the Year 2020 at the Higher Education Awards in October 2020 (see video below).
In 2009 when I was 11 years old, Mum and Dad gave me a DSLR camera kit for Christmas, I quickly opened an online account with a company who specialised in displaying third party photo albums with prints for sale.
I now had my own business and things went very well for about a year, however when the online photo company that I used to display my photographs unfortunately went bankrupt. My dad and I decided that the best solution would be to build my own website. After many hours work and an initial very steep learning curve we launched www.cjsphotography.co.im.
I have upgraded my cameras and lenses a couple of times and in June 2014 I completely redeveloped my website making it responsive. I then became just as interested in Website Design & Building as Photography so I therefore decided to start offering these services to local businesses on the Isle of Man.
In June 2017 I started Aerial Mann Multimedia a subsidiary of Cjs Photography established in 2009 by. I have a Civil Aviation Authority (CAA) “Permission for Aerial Work” PFAW which means I am a licensed commercial operator of UAV’s (unmanned aerial vehicles) drones in the Isle of Man. To gain this license I attended a three day residential course in the UK, passing the compulsory theory examination and flight assessment.

Alongside running various small businesses since I was 11 I have various hobbies and interests, the main one being Eventing. As well as Eventing I also enjoy playing running, playing football and supporting Manchester United.
